We are energetic beings with a natural state of vitality and flow. As life goes on, it is common for emotional or spiritual stresses to buildup and manifest through our physical bodies. In this session, I support you in identifying and releasing these stresses that hinder your vitality and restrict your life force energy. Through conversation and biofeedback, we work towards restoring and strengthening your vitality.
